Felizian Phil Paul
Chairman
Mr.
Felizian (Phil) Paul is Chairman of EarthNetMedia Inc., a publicly
traded company on the NASDAQ /OTCBB under the symbol "ENTM". As
a U.S. based multimedia and international marketing company, ENTM
aims to provide a gateway for international businesses to enter
China's lucrative markets and to establish their presence in China.
ENTM produces and distributes lifestyle and home improvement / interior
design television programs, thus enabling companies to merchandise
consumer products via product placement and leading TV viewers to
their e-commerce site.
For
the past 25 years, Mr. Paul also has served as Chief Executive Officer
of Pac Pacific Group Int'l Inc. His entrepreneurial endeavors, business
acumen and strong engineering background motivated him to form his
own successful general construction company, working on resort specialty
projects, custom homes and large-scale residential developments.
Under
Mr. Paul's leadership, the Company has constructed more than one
million square feet of industrial complexes, hundreds of low raise
masonry commercial buildings for banks, shopping centers, auto motive
centers, schools, public buildings as well as thousands of residential
units. He has served as consultant to large developments in Europe
and has built strong relationships with the European business community.
From
1980 through 1990's, Mr. Paul served on the Board of Directors of
the Building Industry Association of Los Angeles and has served
on the Board of BIA, State of California. These organizations are
affiliates with National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). His
company has been publicly commended for its achievements by March
Fong Eu, Secretary of State of California as well as Tom Bradley,
Mayor of the City of Los Angeles for its contribution to the economy
of the City of Los Angles as well as the State of California.
In
recent years, Mr. Paul has directed his vast experience and knowledge
in building material and construction technologies to bring innovative
American building materials and latest building technologies to
China. He has been working closely with members of the National
Association of Home Builders as well as the U.S. Department of Commerce
in Washington DC. He oversees offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
In
2001, Mr. Paul and his wife, Ms. Alie Chang, worked together with
NAHB brought over 70 U.S. building technology and material companies
to participate in Shanghai, China for the "World Housing Focus in
China" Expo. In 2003, they enabled over 25 US building material
companies to participate at the Beijing Building Material Procurement
Expo for the Olympics. These two successful events won ENTM high
recognition from NAHB and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Mr.
Paul's success in providing a gateway for U.S. companies to China
allowed him to expand his scope into the IT sector and high tech
arena. His business savvy and extensive network in the U.S./Chinese
business communities makes him a vital source in promoting the trade
balance between U.S. and China.
